What are the delivery charges?
Shipping is FREE in India. (The state government levies octroi charges when the product enters the state. These charges are applicable in Maharashtra and Gujarat and the charges fluctuate as per government regulations and we are unable to confirm the amount. The octroi charges vary from 3% to 6% of the product value, which shall be borne by the customer.)
International Shipping charges through our courier partners will be applicable accordingly. Please note that custom duties & government taxes differ from country to country & shall be borne by the customer.
What is the estimated despatch time?
The processing & despatch time may be different for each product. However, we typically despatch all orders within a maximum of 3 - 4 weeks from the date of order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We follow express delivery mode and all orders are typically delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of despatch.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
- If you see obvious damage to your shipment carton, you may ask the courier person to open the carton and inspect the contents in your presence, before accepting the parcel.
- If upon inspection you find any damages, keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damaged notations and contact Customer Care at +91 9831342574 and send us images of the damaged product.
- Also, keep all packaging materials handy for 7-15 days in case you discover any damages or defects after delivery.
